How We Prepared.

before a single minute was filmed, we mapped the course with Anthony: scripts, lesson pacing, production schedules. every piece earned its place before the camera rolled.

early user feedback shaped the curriculum around the skills that matter, anchored to real industry use-cases so the lessons stayed relevant past launch.

Product Development.

we built the learning platform: video lessons, interactive assignments, progress tracking, and a community forum, in an interface that gets out of the learner’s way.

in parallel, our production crew shot Anthony in studio. clear, credible, broadcast-grade, the kind of footage that makes a course feel like a product.

Beta Testing.

two months of closed beta. a small group of early adopters worked through the platform, finished lessons, and told us where it held and where it broke.

that loop let us refine the flows, tighten the lessons, and clear the friction before a single paying student arrived.

Marketing & Launch.

with the platform ready, we ran one connected campaign across paid, social, and email. the angle was proof: real examples, practical tools, the actual work on screen.

leads moved into an automated CRM that carried each one through to enrollment, with no one on the team chasing them by hand.
